This is a special edition Shaggy Dog sweater from Jamieson's, made for Illuminate.

It's not a single color, but a luxurious, high-quality knit with a thick, 3-ply construction. It has a great atmosphere with a mix of dark orange, light orange, and vibrant orange. I own several Jamieson's knits, and this one is very thick and well-made.

Due to the weak yen and rising global prices, a 3-ply knit like this would likely cost 30,000 yen or more if you were to buy it domestically now.

I loved it and kept it as part of my collection, but I haven't worn it much, so I'm putting it up for sale.

Illuminate closed on January 22, 2025. I don't want to let it go cheaply, so it's not inexpensive... but if you were looking for one, or couldn't get your hands on one, how about it? I love it, so I might remove the listing if I change my mind.

Their Fair Isle knits, which incorporate colorful geometric patterns, have excellent color and are very popular in Japan.
They have been dyeing with traditional plant-based dyes since their founding and continue to manufacture in the same way today.
The colors are natural and beautiful, and the scent is fragrant. It is the only knitwear brand that uses traditional plant-based dyes.
